Clare O’Neill is an officer in the Australian Army with a focus on the South West Pacific and Northern Australia. She has a passion for grassroots innovation and junior leader development. She is the founder of Grounded Curiosity and volunteers with the Australian Naval Institute, Australia’s Returned Services League, and the Australian-American Fulbright Commission.
