Jenna Higgins is an officer in the Royal Australian Air Force and a (AY24) graduate of the United States Command and Staff College. She holds a Master of AeroSystems from Kingston University, London, and a Master of Strategy and Security from the University of New South Wales, Canberra. Jenna’s current interests are in military theory and strategy and the influence of strategic culture on defence policy.
